Sales Associate


 

We are currently seeking a Sales Associate who is motivated and customer-focused to join our team. As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our range of eBikes. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, educating customers about our eBike products, and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is passionate about eBikes and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and have a deep understanding of the Ristretto brand and our vision.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them in selecting the right Ristretto product based on their needs and preferences.

  • Provide product demonstrations and explain the features, benefits, and functionalities of our Ristretto models to customers.

  • Actively listen to customer inquiries, address their questions, and provide accurate and detailed information about eBikes, including specifications, performance, warranties, and after-sales support and everything in between.

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable eBike models, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their riding experience.

  • Assist customers in events with test rides, ensuring their safety and comfort, and offering guidance on proper eBike operation and handling.

  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, actively promoting upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.

  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that eBike displays, pricing, and promotional materials are accurate and visually appealing.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, new eBike models, competitor products, and market developments to effectively communicate product differentiators and competitive advantages.

  • Participate in sales training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

  • Be creative and explore ways that it would benefits sales.

  • Be proactive with smart partnerships and big eBike stores that can sell our products.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Some college education or relevant sales training is a plus.

  • Proven experience in a retail sales or-and wholesale role, preferably in the bicycle, eBike, or motorcycles.

  • Passion for eBikes and knowledge of eBike technologies, components, and riding experiences.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships.

  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to actively listen, understand customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic cash handling procedures.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.

  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate customer demand.
