Product Coordinator


 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Product Coordinator to join Ristretto. As a Product Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the development and launch of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, manufacturing, and sales, to ensure the successful execution of product strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for eBikes, strong project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and management of product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with the product development team to define product requirements, specifications, and target market segments.

  • Create and maintain product development schedules, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as engineering, design, and manufacturing, to facilitate the smooth flow of information and resources throughout the product development process.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product trends, customer needs, and potential product enhancements.

  • Assist in conducting user testing and gather feedback to inform product improvements and refinements.

  • Prepare product documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Coordinate product launches, including managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting marketing and sales activities.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Monitor product performance, sales data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements or new product development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Additional certifications in project management or product management are a plus.

  • Proven experience in product coordination, project management, or a related role, preferably in the eBike or bicycle industry.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset to make informed product decisions.

  • Familiarity with product development processes and tools, such as project management software and product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.

  • Passion for eBikes and a good understanding of the eBike market, including industry trends and customer preferences.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate product documentation and records.

  • Creative thinking and a customer-centric mindset to contribute to product innovation and user experience enhancements.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
