We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Web Designer to join Ristretto. In this role, you will not only design and maintain our digital platforms but also assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and possesses excellent skills in both communication and organization.

The ideal candidate can work remotely, proficiency in English language and able to travel to USA. Austin, TX based is a plus.


Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Create visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.

  • Web Development: Build and maintain websites with proficiency in HTML, Shopify, and Squarespace.

  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to boost engagement and reach.

  • Document Preparation: Prepare and distribute internal memos, meeting reports, and presentations.

  • Data Management: Perform data entry, manage databases, and generate reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in web design and development.

  • Strong proficiency in graphic design tools and web development platforms.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience in handling administrative tasks is a plus.

With over 20+ years of B2B Marketing experience working remotely with a GTA team of specialists serving clients around the world such as Pharmilink Healthcare Marketing Services, GSK Consumer Healthcare, Teva Canada, Ford Canada, Kia Canada, Hauser Stores, Tim Hortons, Teachers Life, Computer Associates, Allseating, Toarc, and other small and medium-sized companies.
