Project Manager
Ristretto is currently looking for a highly organized and skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of various projects within Ristretto. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, marketing, and sales, to ensure that projects are completed within designated timelines, budget constraints, and meet the highest quality standards.
To excel in this role, we are seeking a candidate with a solid background in project management, ideally within the eBike or bicycle industry. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and guiding the project team throughout the entire project lifecycle. Your ability to effectively communicate, prioritize tasks, and manage resources will be vital in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including project planning, resource allocation, task delegation, and timeline management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring they align with company goals and objectives.
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project deliverables.
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project activities are executed effectively and efficiently.
Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Conduct project evaluations and post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments related to eBikes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the eBike or bicycle industry.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Monday or similar.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of eBike technology, components, and industry trends is desirable.
Passion for sustainable transportation and promoting eBike culture.
